Some of our apartments require a Roomspace team member to meet the guest at the property ("meet and greet"); however, this is not necessary for all properties. You will be notified via email 48 hours before your arrival if a member of the team needs to meet you.
If you require assistance from a member of our team upon arrival, please let us know when you make your enquiry or contact our Guest Services team up to 48 hours before your arrival date, and we will make the necessary arrangements.
