      Do I need keys or a code to get into the property?

      Roomspace's key collection method for check-in arrivals.

      When you book into one of our apartments, you will get an email with details about how to check in on the day of your booking. We have 3 arrival procedures, depending on where you’re staying:

      • Self-check-in
      • Mailbox key pack
      • Meet-and-greet
      You will receive an email 48 hours prior to arrival with details on how to collect your keys, and whether a team member will need to meet you. Make sure you check our emails for information about your specific apartment.
