I booked through an agent – who do I contact if I have an issue / enquiry?

If you have booked through an agent and have an issue/enquiry, you can contact us via our emergency contact number, if the issue is outside of our working hours. However, please be advised that it is always recommended for guests to contact the agent directly as well, so that they are aware of the situation.
